The Pharmacy Burger Parlor & Beer Garden was founded in 2011 in East Nashville by Dutch-born Cees Brinkman, who envisioned a space blending European beer garden culture with the nostalgia of an American soda fountain. The restaurant is celebrated for locally sourced beef burgers on custom buns, hand-ground and smoked in-house wursts, handmade cane-sugar sodas, and a curated international craft beer selection.
