The Taco Stand

The Taco Stand in Las Vegas is an expansion of the San Diego-born chain founded by Aram Baloyan and Julian Hakim Baloyan, debuting its first Las Vegas location on Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown in June 2020. The concept is rooted in the border cooking of Tijuana and Baja California, featuring carne asada tacos with charcoal-grilled Angus steak, fish tacos, and al pastor cooked on a traditional trompo vertical spit.
