Timber Pizza

Timber Pizza Co. was founded in May 2014 by Andrew Dana and Chris Brady in Washington, D.C., starting as a mobile wood-fired pizza operation out of a 1967 Chevy pickup truck before opening a permanent brick-and-mortar location in the Petworth neighborhood in June 2016. Chef Daniela Moreira, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and former Eleven Madison Park employee, joined the team in 2015 and brought an Argentinian influence to the menu. Timber Pizza Co. is listed in the Michelin Guide and has since expanded to multiple locations in the D.C. metro area and beyond.
