Chef Tony, a trained architect who fell in love with Japanese cuisine while working in San Francisco restaurants as a teenager, built a signature style that incorporates global ingredients like Thai chilies, jalapeños, and olive oil into Japanese dishes. The restaurant has won Best of State for Best Sushi and has been featured in the Boston Globe.
