Tsunami Restaurant and Sushi Bar in Sandy, Utah is part of the local chain founded in 2002 by sushi chefs Kris Bodeen and Scott Coulter, which grew from its original Sugar House location to five Utah locations. The restaurant flies in fresh seafood daily from around the world, sources wild salmon from a single family-owned boat in Petersburg, Alaska, and maintains certified sake advisors at each location.
