Uchiba is an izakaya-inspired cocktail bar and restaurant opened in 2018 on the second floor of Uchi Dallas, created by James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole following travels to Japan that deepened his appreciation for the izakaya format. The menu offers yakitori, small plates, and Uchi favorites paired with an extensive Japanese whisky list and craft cocktails, and the concept later expanded to Austin.
