Urban Hill is a fine dining restaurant in Salt Lake City's Post District, opened in 2022 by local restaurateur Brooks Kirchheimer as part of his Leave Room For Dessert Eateries group. Executive Chef Nick Zocco, a James Beard Foundation Best Chef semifinalist in 2025 and 2026 and a winner on Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay, leads the kitchen with a menu driven by wood-fire cooking, local sourcing, and the bright flavors of his New Mexico upbringing. The 190-seat space was designed by Denver-based Semple Brown Design and has been named Most Outstanding Restaurant of the Year by Salt Lake Magazine (2024).
