Wagaya is a Japanese ramen restaurant that opened in 2015 at 2080 S. King Street in Honolulu, with a name meaning 'our home' in Japanese. The restaurant is known for its tonkotsu ramen made from organic chicken and kurobuta pork bones simmered for two days, fresh-ground pork gyoza made daily, and locally sourced ingredients; it won Hale Aina Awards for Best Japanese Noodles in both 2018 and 2019.
