Waxlight Bar à Vin opened in November 2019 in Buffalo's Black Rock neighborhood at 27 Chandler Street, founded by chefs Joseph Fenush and Edward Forster alongside sommeliers Jessica Forster and Tony Rials. The wine-focused restaurant earned back-to-back James Beard Award semi-finalist recognition and is known for its French-influenced contemporary cuisine and expertly curated wine program.
