Yardbird Table & Bar

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar was founded in 2011 in Miami by restaurateur John Kunkel of 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, with the original location earning a James Beard Award semifinalist nomination for Best New Restaurant in 2012. The Las Vegas location at The Venetian opened in January 2015 and is celebrated for its 27-hour brined fried chicken served with a savory waffle, a recipe inspired by Kunkel's grandmother Lewellyn.
