Yuki Yama Sushi

Yuki Yama Sushi is a sushi restaurant on Park City's historic Main Street, with roots tracing back to a prior restaurant called Yuki Arashi. Co-owners Matt Baydala and Kirk Terashima renamed it Yuki Yama — Japanese for 'snow mountain' — and built it into a nationally recognized destination, earning a spot on OpenTable's Top 100 Restaurants in America as the only Utah restaurant on the list.
