Bibble & Sip is an alpaca-themed bakery and coffee shop opened in 2014 by Gary Chan in Midtown Manhattan, after he trained at the International Culinary Center. The café is known for blending French confectionery techniques with Asian-inspired flavors, producing signature items like matcha jasmine lattes, cream puffs, and matcha pearl egg tarts made with in-house syrups and freshly baked pastries daily.
