Schmackary's

Schmackary's was founded in 2011 by Nebraska native Zachary Schmahl, who began baking inventive cookies from his Hell's Kitchen studio apartment after moving to New York City to pursue a career in theater. The bakery opened its first storefront in 2012 near the Theater District and quickly earned the title of the Official Cookie of Broadway, producing over 2,000 cookies daily in more than 60 flavors. Schmackary's has been featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, the Tony Awards, and in Hulu's Only Murders in the Building.
