Bok a Bok Chicken
Bok a Bok Chicken is a Seattle restaurant founded in 2016 by chef Brian O'Connor in White Center, specializing in Korean-style fried chicken that is air-dried, hand-dipped, and double-fried to order using fresh, antibiotic-free and hormone-free chicken for an exceptional crunch. The Capitol Hill location also serves hand-made biscuits, kimchi mac and cheese, and scratch-made sides, and has been featured on the Food Network.
