Von's 1000 Spirits is a fifth-generation family-owned Seattle restaurant with roots stretching back to 1897, when Great-Uncle Jake O'Shaughnessy opened a saloon during the Klondike Gold Rush. The modern incarnation at 1225 First Avenue, led by Missy Claridge and Executive Chef Jason Amador, is known for its all-scratch kitchen, Seattle sourdough program built on a 65-year-old family starter, and a collection of over 1,500 fine spirits.
