Founded in 2006 in San Diego's North Park neighborhood by German entrepreneurs Wolfgang Peter Schlicht and Lothar Manz, Crazee Burger is known for its menu of 30-plus burgers made from exotic meats including kangaroo, alligator, wild boar, ostrich, and A5 Wagyu. The restaurant gained national attention when Guy Fieri featured it on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2008. It remains one of San Diego's most distinctive dining destinations for adventurous eaters.
