Dos Olas Cantina

Dos Olas Cantina, whose name means "two waves," is a Mexican restaurant and cantina situated slope-side at Canyons Village in Park City, just steps from the Sunrise Gondola. Executive Chef Segura, whose roots trace to Mexico City and Los Cabos, crafts a menu spanning barbacoa nachos, tinga del pollo tacos, fresh ceviche, and churro sandwiches, complemented by a full bar of handcrafted margaritas and mezcal cocktails. Bold murals by Mexican artist Pilar Cárdenas fill the vibrant interior.
