Dumpling Time in San Francisco's Design District is a modern Cal-Asian dumpling restaurant founded in 2017 by Kash Feng, part of the acclaimed Omakase Restaurant Group behind Michelin-starred Omakase and Niku Steakhouse. The menu draws on Feng's Xi'an family recipes, featuring gyoza, sheng jian bao, and xiaolongbao — including a giant soup dumpling eaten with a straw — all made fresh in an open kitchen.
