E-Jae Pak Mor

E-Jae Pak Mor is an authentic Thai street food restaurant in Seattle's Chinatown-International District, opened in 2023 by owner Yamamoto and co-owner Tom Yalodom after Yamamoto launched the concept as an online-order service for homesick Thai natives. The restaurant is named for "older sister" in Thai and is known for its handmade pak mor — delicate steamed rice-flour dumplings cooked on imported Thai fabric stretched over boiling water. The Pak Mor Yuan was named a "best bite" of 2023 by the Seattle Times.
