Sophon

Sophon is a Cambodian restaurant that opened in February 2024 in Seattle's Phinney Ridge neighborhood, founded by chef Karuna Long and named after his mother, a survivor of the Khmer Rouge regime. The restaurant was named one of Bon Appétit's 20 Best New Restaurants of 2024 and received a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist nomination.
