Eli's BBQ was founded by Elias Leisring, who started slinging hickory-smoked pulled pork sandwiches at Cincinnati's Fountain Square Tuesday Market in 2010 before opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant in 2012. Located on Riverside Drive, the beloved Cincinnati institution is known for hand-pulled pork, Memphis-style BBQ sauce, jalapeño cheese grits, and a laid-back outdoor picnic table setting. Eli's has earned a loyal following as one of the top BBQ spots in the city.
