Farm and Table is an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant founded in 2012 by Albuquerque native Cherie Montoya, whose family has farmed the North Valley's land for generations. Set on a 12-acre property, the restaurant sources up to 80% of its seasonal menu from local New Mexico farmers, ranchers, and artisans, with Chef Jens Smith crafting dishes that reflect what is freshest from the region. Farm and Table is recognized as one of Albuquerque's most celebrated dining destinations, rooted in community, sustainability, and multigenerational agricultural heritage.
