Hai Hai is a Southeast Asian street food restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis helmed by James Beard Award-nominated chef Christina Nguyen, whose menu draws on her Vietnamese heritage and travels across Southeast Asia to spotlight lesser-known regional dishes beyond pho and pad thai. Set in a converted strip club-turned-dive bar known as the "Deuce Deuce," the lively space features tropical craft cocktails, plastic patio stools, and inventive dishes like Balinese chicken thigh and crispy rice salad.
