Hoja sources its corn directly from family farms in Oaxaca, then nixtamalizes and hand-presses every tortilla in-house, resulting in a product with genuine flavor that factory tortillas cannot replicate. The menu spans an unusually broad range of fillings, from classic carnitas and asada to more adventurous options like requeson and seasonal vegetables. Locations in both Downtown Miami and Miami Beach make this one of the more accessible serious taco operations in the city.
