Seattle's most ambitious all-you-can-eat concept, HOW Pot opened in late 2024 in the CID and quickly became one of the most buzzed-about newcomers in the city. For roughly $30 at lunch and $40 at dinner, diners get individual hot pot and tabletop BBQ simultaneously, a format claimed to be unique in Seattle. Premium ingredients include American Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, and farm vegetables, supplemented by a self-serve sauce bar, a hot bar with dim sum and chicken wings, unlimited drinks, and soft serve ice cream.
