Founded in 2016 by Gloria Shi, ixlb DimSum Eats reimagines traditional dim sum with a modern quick-service format at its Hollywood and Westwood Village locations in Los Angeles. Every dish, including the signature xiao long bao soup dumplings, pork and shrimp shumai, and spicy shrimp chili wontons, is made fresh to order, removing the barriers of crowded dim sum halls without sacrificing authenticity.
