J. Dolan's is a beloved New York-style pizzeria and Irish pub founded in 2008 by J.J. Niebuhr and Danny Dolan in Honolulu's historic Chinatown neighborhood. Built around a restored 1940s koa wood bar, the restaurant appeared on Pizza Today's Hot 100 Independents list in 2014 and serves over 150 hand-crafted pies daily, including signature builds featuring Portuguese sausage and local island toppings.
