Juice Wave

Juice Wave was founded in 2014 by Arleigh Rose, debuting as San Diego's first organic juice and smoothie truck at the North Park Farmer's Market before opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Mission Beach in April 2015. Rose trained under James Beard Award-winning and three-Michelin-star chef Michael Tusk, and Juice Wave reflects that fine-dining sensibility through locally sourced, organic, and seasonal cold-pressed juices, acai bowls, and cold-pressed almond milk.
