Sweet Things Frozen Yogurt was founded in 2009 by Michael and Nancy Scornavacco in San Diego after Michael was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, creating a business as a legacy for their four children. Located at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront near the Convention Center, the family-owned shop offers frozen yogurt, ice cream, smoothies, and acai bowls. The business has continued under family operation since Michael's passing in 2011, with eldest son Jake serving as General Manager.
