Kenny J's BBQ

Kenny J's BBQ is a Texas-style barbecue restaurant in South Jordan, Utah, founded by husband-and-wife pitmaster team Kenny and Mary Jackson, who began smoking meats as a backyard passion in 2018 before opening their brick-and-mortar location. Pitmaster Kenny Jackson cooks low and slow on a custom-built 1000G LV rotisserie smoker using premium brisket from Creekstone Farms, serving meats priced by the pound in the traditional Texas counter-service tradition. The restaurant has been recognized as among the best BBQ in Utah, praised for its hand-trimmed prime brisket and scratch-made sides.
