Run by Wayne Baquet Jr. and his wife Arkesha from the Baquet family, one of New Orleans' great Creole restaurateur dynasties, Li'l Dizzy's is a no-frills Tremé institution serving lunch six days a week. The creamy mac and cheese anchors a spread of Creole classics including fried chicken, gumbo, red beans, and hot sausage po'boys.
