Opened in February 2025 by Chris Baker and Ricky Carter, LX BBQ brings Texas-style conviction to ribs and brisket smoked 16 hours over oak with no propane or electricity involved. The smoked Wagyu burger has quickly become a cult item, but the ribs and honey-glazed pulled pork are the heart of the operation. Friendly owners and fair prices have made it an instant Lexington favorite.
