Founded by pit master Pat Martin in 2006 in Nolensville, Tennessee, Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint has grown into one of Nashville's most celebrated BBQ destinations, specializing in West Tennessee-style whole-hog barbecue smoked over local hickory wood for up to 24 hours. Every item — from the pulled pork and smoked brisket to the hoecakes and baked beans — is made entirely from scratch with no freezers or microwaves on premises.
