Miss Pho is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant opened in 2023 in Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood by Thu Tat, a restaurateur with over 15 years of experience who previously ran the acclaimed Hue Ky Mi Gia noodle shop in Kent, Washington. The restaurant distinguishes itself by offering pho traditions from all three regions of Vietnam — North, Central, and South — using slow-simmered broths, and was named among Seattle's best pho destinations by food writers in 2023.
