Saigon Drip Cafe

Saigon Drip Cafe opened in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood on July 15, 2023, founded by childhood friends Phong Dang, Phu Dang, Khanh, and Dara — children of Vietnamese refugees who previously operated a family restaurant called i5 Pho before COVID forced its closure. The cafe specializes in traditional Vietnamese banh mi and drip coffee, and achieved a milestone when its banh mi sandwiches began being sold at Lumen Field during Seattle Seahawks games.
