Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings - East Village

Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings has been serving authentic Shanghainese xiao long bao (soup dumplings) since opening its first New York location in Flushing in 2006, earning Michelin recommendations for nine consecutive years beginning in 2007. The East Village location at 15 St. Marks Place features an open kitchen where guests can watch chefs hand-fold each dumpling, with signature offerings including crab-and-pork soup dumplings, pan-fried pork buns, and truffle soup dumplings.
