Naoe, opened in 2009 on Brickell Key in Miami, is the city's longest-running Japanese omakase, earning both Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond distinctions. Chef-owner Kevin Cory serves just five guests per seating in a three-hour, roughly 20-course meal featuring ingredients sourced directly from Japan, including sake from his family's brewery in Oono, at approximately $280 per person.
