Patisserie 46 was founded by Chef John Kraus, the only American chef inducted into the prestigious Relais Dessert Group, bringing Paris-level pastry craft to Minneapolis's Kingfield neighborhood since 2010. The bakery produces exceptional cookies including dark chocolate chip and peanut butter varieties alongside baguettes, opera cakes, croissants, and sour cream coffee cake.
