Silver Lake's Indian-Italian sports bar earned Michelin recognition partly on the strength of its Dosa Onion Rings, battered in dosa-style crisp and served with mango chutney. The combination of South Asian spice and classic American bar food produces something genuinely different from standard rings. Chef Miles Shorey and owner Avish Naran opened in 2022 and the restaurant has been booked solid since.
