RingSide Steakhouse
Portland's premier steakhouse since 1944, RingSide built its name in part on onion rings that James Beard declared the best he had ever tasted, and the closely guarded family recipe has remained unchanged across eight decades of family ownership. Most guests start their meal with a full order before the steaks arrive. The restaurant successfully reopened in August 2025 after a kitchen fire, and Wine Spectator continues its Best of Award of Excellence designation.
