Opened in 2021 in downtown Salt Lake City by brothers Rick and Ryan Timmons, ROCTACO serves globally inspired fusion tacos made in handmade corn and flour tortillas, drawing on flavors from Korea, India, Lebanon, and beyond. The restaurant is known for inventive creations like its K-pop short rib taco and chicken tikka taco.
