Taqueria 27

Taqueria 27 was founded in September 2012 by chef and owner Todd Gardiner and his wife Kristin in Salt Lake City, Utah. The locally and veteran-owned restaurant is known for scratch-made modern tacos featuring ingredients like pork belly and duck confit alongside traditional flavors, plus an extensive tequila and mezcal selection. From its original Foothill Drive location, the concept has grown to five locations along Utah's Wasatch Front.
