Santo Taco

Santo Taco is a family-owned Mexican restaurant founded by Claudia and Alfonso Brito, who progressed from a taco cart to a food truck before opening their first Salt Lake City location in 2018. Everything is made from scratch — including the tortillas — using family recipes brought from Mexico, with a menu spanning 13 taco fillings and a commitment to fresh, simple ingredients. The restaurant has been featured on the Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives directory and has since expanded to a second location on State Street.
