Secret Pizza
Secret Pizza has been a cult Las Vegas destination since The Cosmopolitan hotel opened in December 2010, tucked away on the third floor of the Boulevard Tower down an unmarked hallway lined with vinyl record sleeves. The Cosmopolitan has never advertised it, and it does not appear on hotel maps, making it one of the Strip's most sought-after hidden gems. The kitchen uses a 10-year-aged yeast to produce its New York-style thin-crust pizza, served until 4 a.m. daily.
