Seoulside Wings

Houston's original Korean fried chicken truck has grown into a brick-and-mortar inside the Conservatory Galleria food hall, bringing its double-fried, extra-crispy wings and Korean-inspired glazes to a permanent home. The soy garlic and sweet and spicy sauces have earned dedicated followings, and the crunch of the exterior, achieved through a double-fry method traditional to Korean fried chicken, is distinctly different from American-style wings. Open until 1 a.m. most nights.
