Shokku Ramen

Founded in 2019 in Las Vegas's Chinatown on Spring Mountain Road, Shokku Ramen is the city's only 24-hour ramen restaurant, known for anime-themed décor and nontraditional spicy ramen with scratch-made 24-hour broths and 36-hour marinated meats. The restaurant has won Best of Las Vegas honors in 2023, 2024, and 2025, and has expanded with a second location in Houston, Texas.
