Smoke Shack

Smoke Shack began as a food truck founded by pitmaster Chris Conger in 2010 in San Antonio, Texas, before expanding to a brick-and-mortar location on Broadway across from the Witte Museum. Known for its pit-smoked brisket and pulled pork, the restaurant has been voted best BBQ in San Antonio and also operates a location at San Antonio International Airport.
