Streetlight Taco

The only Michelin Bib Gourmand taqueria in Tampa, Streetlight Taco nixtamalizes heirloom corn in-house for handmade tortillas that underpin a menu drawing on traditional street stalls and home kitchens throughout Mexico. Executive Chef Michael Brochu's ancho chicken and seasonal market tacos are paired with one of Tampa Bay's largest mezcal collections. The al pastor on a fresh-pressed tortilla is the standard by which everything else in the city gets measured.
