Suzy Thai Food

Suzy Thai Food launched in 2016 as a food truck operated by three women, all over 60 years old, with a mission to share authentic Thai cuisine without Americanizing it. The truck serves the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding Utah communities, offering dishes including Pad Thai, Massaman, Penang curry, and Mango Sticky Rice. Suzy Thai has won Best of State out of all Thai restaurants in Utah for several consecutive years.
