Tiger Den

Tiger Den is a Japanese ramen and izakaya restaurant that opened in 2013 in Houston's Chinatown at Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire Boulevard, co-owned by Linh Nguyen, Martina Yang, and Mike Tran. The restaurant drew immediate crowds for its housemade ramen noodles and from-scratch broths, offering four varieties including tonkotsu and miso, alongside items from a robata grill in a stylishly appointed dining room with silk-screen murals.
